DARK THINGS

Dark Things is a short film adaptation of William Shakespeare’s OTHELLO.

With three-time Emmy Nominated actor Trent Dawson as Iago, Maille-Rose Smith as Desdemona, and writer/director Korie Tristan-Prince as Othello. "Dark Things" was written, directed, and produced by Korie Tristan-Prince. The film recently made its festival debut at the Katonah Classic Stage Film Festival and is currently in consideration with several film festivals for the upcoming 21-22 season. Dark Things will stream on MUBI in 2022.

ECSTASY plunges into the underground New York City rave scene, following Travis Hunter (Korie Tristan-Prince), a discharged Army Ranger returning home after two years of self-imposed exile. Attempts to reconnect with former love Remy (Spring Ines Pena) and surrogate sister Chloe (Whitney Crowder) are short-lived when his reckless best friend Parker (James Jelkin) drags him into a deadly clash with a ruthless drug dealer. Forced to confront his past and his own darkness, Travis must decide how far he'll go in the name of loyalty.
